President:

Leads the Society and the Board of Directors, oversees all operations, presides at meetings, and ensures that the organization’s activities run smoothly.

 

Past-President:

Supports the Board and President by offering guidance based on past experience and assists with tasks as needed.

 

President-Elect:

Serves as Vice President, assists the President, and steps in when the President is unavailable. Automatically become President after their two-year term.

 

Secretary:

Keeps records of meetings, manages membership applications, maintains membership records, and sends out meeting notices.

 

Communications Officer:

Manages the Society’s website and social media, preserves historical records and files, and helps maintain communication with members.

 

Treasurer:

Oversees the Society’s finances and collects dues, manages accounts, authorizes payments, and prepares annual financial reports for members.
